MISSION

The Mission of AmigoFest Hispanic Heritage Scholarship is to empower Arkansas Hispanic students to achieve their academic dreams while preserving and celebrating their cultural heritage through educational scholarships and community support. This organization is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

TAX STATUS

AmigoFest Hispanic Heritage Scholarship contributions are exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make under IRC Section 170. You can also make qualified tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. 

Our organizations exempt under IRC Section 501(c)(3) are further classified as public charities.
